Dirt can be the cause
To prevent dust and other dirt from entering the console, the Xbox was designed without a power button. Indeed, the manufacturer faced this problem during the first models. The dirt that got around the button ended up causing the system to malfunction after a while. The company, therefore, replaced the physical button with a simple touch of the finger on the logo on the front of the device.
However, this solution causes a new problem. The Xbox can now turn on with just a touch or even a static discharge. In the end, the dirt wins again! It is therefore suggested to keep the front of your console clean, by wiping it regularly, to prevent dust from accumulating there and causing your device to start up unexpectedly. Be sure to clean up where the logo is located, and that should sort it out.
Triggered by Kinect technology
Some versions of the Xbox contain in them the Kinect technology which detects movements and words related to the Xbox. This technology can sometimes be ultra-sensitive and therefore any words similar to Xbox, the mention of "Hey Cortana" or any expressions that may be related to the game console in some way, can activate the system by through the implementation of Kinect technology. As it is impossible to indicate here all the words and all the phrases that could trigger it, it is, therefore, preferable to deactivate the Kinect technology on your Xbox in order to solve the problem.
Here are the steps you will need to complete in order to achieve this:
Go to the "Settings" section of the device
Select the "Power & Startup" link
Then choose “Select power mode and start”
Enable the turn off checkbox by saying Hey Cortana or Xbox or button
Restart the console and everything should be back to normal.

Here is the easiest reason to solve! If you are using an Xbox One controller, it may be the source of your problem. The solution: remove the battery and see if the problem recurs in the next few days. If not, you have found the solution!
Activation when switching on your TV
The ignition problem of your Xbox can come from an external element. Your game console is probably hooked up to your TV. Some TV brands, like Samsung, offer an HDMI-CEC option, which automatically turns on attached game consoles when you turn on the TV. In this case, all you have to do is deactivate this option in the TV settings, and you're done!
Your device does not have the latest system updates
If your Xbox is not up to date, it may cause various problems, including it turning on for no reason. To resolve this situation, you need to connect your console to the Internet so that it can find and download the latest updates. Normally this will happen automatically, but if you have disabled automatic downloading of updates, you will need to re-enable it or download them manually.
In the vast majority of cases, you should have resolved this situation by one of the 5 steps proposed above. If not, start by plugging the Xbox back into a different outlet than the one it's currently connected to. It is also possible that it is an extension cord that is causing it to work.
